WHO ARE WE?

I’m Allan Graham, a property developer based in Redcar in the North East of England, supported by my partner of 16 years and our two young daughters.​​​

Over the last five years, I’ve grown a property portfolio of more than £7,000,000, building a solid track record across a range of development projects. My team and I are experts in finding tired and forgotten buildings and having the vision to give them a new lease of life, while benefiting the wider community.

Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to receive multiple awards through the Property Investment Academy, founded by Steven Green, including Best PIA Male on two occasions and Coach of the Year. These awards mean a great deal to me, as they reflect not just results, but the way I work with people and deliver on what I commit to.

HOW WE WORK

We don’t overcomplicate things. Every project we take on follows the same clear process, refined over years of experience. 

1.

Find the Right Property

We source undervalued or tired properties like commercial buildings, large houses, or HMOs, where we can see potential.

2.

Secure Funding

Each project is funded using a combination of investor capital and financing. Investors help fund the purchase and refurbishment costs while receiving a fixed return on their contribution

Refurbish & Add Value

Our in-house team and trusted contractors transform properties, from full internal refits to structural conversions, all completed to the highest standards!

4.

Revalue & Refinance

Once complete, the property is revalued. We then refinance based on the new, higher value, allowing much of the initial capital to be released.

5.

Return Capital & Share Profit

Investor funds are repaid from the refinance proceeds, typically with an agreed fixed return of 5–10%, depending on the project scope and duration.

COMMUNITY

Grahams Housing plays an active role in the redevelopment of Redcar's high street, where, for many years, closed-down and abandoned shops have been rife. 

Through our many successful projects, we've not only improved the look of Redcar town, but also given back to support local athletes and partnered with world-class athletes and coaches.

We understand that improving the area

doesn't happen overnight, and it's not just about investing in buildings, but also about raising the level of the community as a whole, supporting those who go out to try to achieve what few can.
